ASSOMBRO EXHIBITION

Inaugurou a 29 de Novembro e estará patente até 27 de Março de 2019, a exposição Uma História de Assombro, Portugal-Japão séculos XVI-XX no Palácio Nacional da Ajuda em Lisboa. A exposição mostra através de objectos muito interessantes, de grande beleza e encanto, como por exemplo uma armadura e sela samurai oferecida por Shogun Tokugawa ao Rei D.Luís I, sendo alguns deles mesmo muito raros e expostos ao público pela primeira vez, a proximidade e influências entre Portugal e o Japão ao longo de cinco séculos. Composta por peças de colecionadores particulares, de instituições públicas e privadas, portuguesas e japonesas, esta mostra é imperdível por ser única, principalmente para quem gosta de história, de arte e do Japão. 

Inaugurated on November 29 and will be open until 27 March 2019, the exhibition A History of Dazzle, Portugal-Japan from the XVI-XX centuries at Ajuda National Palace in Lisbon. The exhibit shows through very interesting objects of great beauty and charm, such as an armor and samurai saddle, offered by Shogun Tokugawa to King D. Luís I, some of them very rare and exposed to the public for the first time, the proximity and influences between Portugal and Japan over five centuries. Composed of pieces from private collectors, from public and private institutions, Portuguese and Japanese, this show is a must because it is unique, especially for those who enjoy history, art and Japan.
